We aren’t open on Cinco de Mayo but fear not! We’re opening our hangar May the 4th for an intergalactic celebration of hops and Margarita Inspired Slushies!
Skip the crowded cantinas and hyperspace your way to the farm on Saturday, May the 4th, because this IS the pint you’re looking for. We’ve got great draught beer, strange conversation, and zero risk of running into your ex from Tatooine. May the foam be with you.

The Quiet Tapping – Thursday June 26th (Tickets on Sale May 24th)
An exclusive evening at the farm.
Six beers. Conceived in silence. Poured with intention. A few may return — most will not.
No advance menu. No second chances. Just a quiet gathering under dim lights and hushed conversation- with oddities, rarities, and tastes yet conceived.
Many crafted with farm grown or foraged ingredients pulled from the land itself. Yeast pulled from the heavens.
Some may reappear in another form in another season.
Others will vanish, never to be poured again.
No promises.
No pressure.
Simply…the taste of something unrepeatable.
