Liquid Summer
Sweet Orange Peel and Amarillo hops add a light citrus pop to Farmhouse Blonde Ale fermented with a mix of yeasts including wild Brettanomyces. Light bodied and 5.5 % ABV

The Elderwand
Just in time for this year’s Elderberry harvest, is this wickedly delicious tonic that we aged for 9 months on last year’s berries. Notes of grape and blueberry with a light body and tannic finish. 5.4% ABV

Lexi
In memory of Michael’s Chihuahua, Lexi, we present this Lemongrass and Basil Wheat Ale. Using herbs grown here on the farm along with clover honey from Purdue, we’ve created this light bodied example of time and place. 5.3% ABV

Mr. Blues Diaries
The first volume of Mr. Blue’s Diaries was created using an old family recipe that has been passed down in the Blue family for generations. We used Pilsner, Munich, Honey and Chocolate malts, along with malted oats. Cascade and Chinook hops add just enough bitterness to balance the sweet, decadent sugar. From there we aged the base beer on a variety of barrel woods and spirits. Varietals available: White Oak Pinot, Toasted American Oak Rum, Amburana (Brazilian Rum barrel without spirits), French Oak (without spirits), French Oak Bordeaux, and American Oak Agave.

Cans are available in the tap-room if beer is not available on Draught. 4-Packs are for carry-out only.
We try our best to keep all of our draught beers available to-go in cans at all times. Pick up a pack of your favorite beer or feel free to mix and match. Unfortunately we can’t always predict sell-through so we might not have your favorite on every visit. You are welcome to call ahead!

We have a small selection of pre-packaged meats, cheeses, chips and crackers for purchase. We also a few NA options and offer fresh duck eggs in season.
Food
We offer meats, cheeses, crackers and chips in a variety of sizes and prices to snack on. Plates and silverware are available. You are also welcome to bring your own food.
Non-Alcoholic Drinks
We offer a variety of drinks without alcohol. These include bottled water, sports drinks, and sodas.
Duck Eggs
We currently have mixed 6-Packs of our Duclair, Pekin, Indian Runner, and Welsh Harlequin duck eggs available in the cooler.
