Elderflower 2024
We took our spring Elderflowers and brewed this Belgian style ale. Notes of spice from the yeast blends delightfully with the floral elements from the Elderflower additions. 3.8% ABV

Mr. Blues Diaries
The first volume of Mr. Blue’s Diaries was created using an old family recipe that has been passed down in the Blue family for generations. We used Pilsner, Munich, Honey and Chocolate malts, along with malted oats. Cascade and Chinook hops add just enough bitterness to balance the sweet, decadent sugar. From there we aged the base beer on a variety of barrel woods and spirits. Varietals available: White Oak Pinot, Toasted American Oak Rum, Amburana (Brazilian Rum barrel without spirits), French Oak (without spirits), French Oak Bordeaux, and American Oak Agave.

Using a traditional turbid mash, this holiday beer is perfect to warm up your holiday season. This festive beer combines the bright zing of sweet and bitter orange peel with the warm, aromatic spice of cardamom. A touch of lactose adds a smooth, creamy sweetness that balances the bold flavors for a truly unique holiday experience. Medium body at 8.8% ABV

We try our best to keep all of our draught beers available to-go in cans at all times. Pick up a pack of your favorite beer or feel free to mix and match. Unfortunately we can’t always predict sell-through so we might not have your favorite on every visit. You are welcome to call ahead!
